OVERVIEW
YOUR COMEBACK SYSTEM

Build a better body, routine and mindset.

Everything matters together: training, food, steps, sleep, skin, discipline and the habits you repeat. Steps still matter on a bulk — for movement, fitness, appetite control and keeping your routine active.

WHY ALL OF IT MATTERS
Steps are not only for cutting.Even while bulking, daily walking helps keep activity, conditioning and routine consistent. You do not need to chase huge numbers — consistency matters more.
One weak area can pull the rest down.Bad sleep can hurt training. Poor food can hurt recovery. No discipline makes every plan temporary. LEVELUP connects the basics.

Debloat

Simple habits for ordinary bloating and temporary puffiness — without extreme fixes.

TODAY'S 4 HABITS
0 / 4completed today
Self improvement +: these habits also contribute to the weekly consistency score.
The four habits rotate each day so the checklist stays useful instead of becoming background noise.
WHAT ACTUALLY HELPS
Bloating and fat are not the same.Food volume, gas, bowel habits and short-term fluid shifts can change how your stomach or face looks from day to day.
Consistency beats “flushing”.Regular fluids, normal meals, movement and a steady fiber intake are more useful than extreme water, salt or supplement tricks.
Look for patterns.Large meals, eating quickly and fizzy drinks can worsen fullness for some people. Change one thing at a time so you can tell what matters.

Stomach bloating

Keep meals and fluids regular, eat at a comfortable pace, and notice whether very large meals or carbonated drinks consistently make symptoms worse. Walking and regular movement can also support normal bowel activity.

Fiber: increase slowly

Fiber is useful, but a sudden large increase can create more gas and discomfort. If you are increasing fiber, do it gradually and keep fluid intake adequate.

Constipation matters

If bowel movements are irregular or hard, bloating can follow. Regular meals, enough fluids and movement are simple first steps; more fiber is not automatically better for everyone.

Face puffiness

Sleep, hydration, meal timing and short-term sodium/carbohydrate changes can affect temporary puffiness. Do not dehydrate yourself to look sharper; facial massage is optional and only temporary.

Persistent or severe bloating, strong pain, repeated vomiting, blood, unexplained weight loss or major swelling needs medical evaluation rather than a “debloat” routine.

Napihnjen trebuh

Zabuhlost obraza

LAST NIGHT
Target: 8 h

0hFor adults, 7+ hours is a common minimum target; quality and consistency matter too.
HIGH-RETURN BASICS
⏰ Keep the clock steady

Try to keep bedtime and wake time reasonably consistent, including weekends.

☀️ Get daylight + movement

Daytime light and regular physical activity help reinforce the day/night rhythm.

☕ Protect the evening

If caffeine affects your sleep, stop it several hours before bed and avoid large late meals.

📵 Make sleep easy

A dark, quiet, comfortable room and less screen stimulation before bed can help.

Consistency first

A regular sleep/wake schedule is one of the clearest habits to work on. One bad night does not ruin the week; return to the schedule instead of chasing a perfect reset.

Bedroom setup

Keep the room quiet, relaxing and comfortably cool. Reduce bright screens before bed if they keep you alert.

Caffeine timing

Caffeine can last for hours. If falling asleep is difficult, move caffeine earlier rather than trying to “cancel it out” with supplements later.

When to look deeper

If sleep problems are frequent, severe, or you regularly wake unrefreshed despite enough time in bed, a clinician can help identify causes that a routine tracker cannot.

Najprej doslednost

Prostor naj bo tih, sproščujoč in prijetno hladen. Pred spanjem zmanjšaj močno svetlobo in zaslone, če te držijo budnega.

Čas kofeina

Kofein lahko deluje več ur. Če težko zaspiš, ga premakni bolj zgodaj namesto da ga zvečer poskušaš “izničiti” z dodatki.

Kdaj pogledati globlje

Looks

High-return skin, hair and grooming habits — organized so you can find what you need fast.

SKIN

Clean • Treat • Moisturize • Protect

Start simple. Gentle cleanser up to twice daily and after heavy sweating, moisturizer, and broad-spectrum SPF 30+ outdoors. Acne-prone skin usually does better with non-comedogenic products than harsh scrubbing.

Acne: benzoyl peroxideClogged pores: salicylic acidPrevention: adapalene
Don't add everything at once.Acne treatments can irritate and dry skin. Introduce actives gradually, moisturize, and give a consistent routine several weeks before judging it.

Simple order

Morning: gentle cleanser if needed → moisturizer → broad-spectrum SPF 30+. Evening: cleanser → treatment if used → moisturizer.

Choose treatment by concern

  • Benzoyl peroxide: inflammatory acne.
  • Salicylic acid: oily skin and clogged pores.
  • Adapalene: acne prevention and comedones; introduce slowly.
  • Moisturizer: supports the skin barrier even with oily skin.

Common face-care mistakes

Hard scrubbing, washing too often, adding several strong actives at once, picking spots, or skipping moisturizer because the skin feels oily can all make irritation harder to control.

Barrier first

Burning, tightness, peeling or persistent redness can mean the routine is too aggressive. Simplify, moisturize and reintroduce one active at a time.

SPF + acne marks

Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30+ protects from UV and can help prevent post-acne marks from becoming more noticeable. Choose a texture you can actually wear consistently.

Give it time

Skin care is rarely an overnight fix. Keep the core routine consistent for several weeks before deciding it failed, unless irritation is significant.

Preprost vrstni red

Jutro: nežen čistilec po potrebi → vlažilna krema → širokospektralni SPF 30+. Večer: čistilec → aktivna nega, če jo uporabljaš → vlažilna krema.

Aktivno nego izberi po težavi

  • Benzoil peroksid: vnete akne.
  • Salicilna kislina: mastna koža in zamašene pore.
  • Adapalen: preventiva aken in komedoni; uvajaj počasi.

HAIR + SCALP

Your scalp decides the shampoo

Oily/fine hair may need frequent washing; dry or curly hair often needs less. Shampoo mainly cleans the scalp, while conditioner is most useful on the lengths/ends.

Dandruff?Look for an anti-dandruff shampoo with an evidence-based active such as ketoconazole, selenium sulfide or salicylic acid, and follow its contact-time directions. If one active fails, another may work better.
Acne around the hairline?Heavy oily pomades, waxes and styling products can clog pores. Prefer non-comedogenic/oil-free products and wash residue from pillowcases, hats and the hairline.

Wash for your scalp

There is no universal wash schedule. Wash often enough to keep the scalp comfortable and clean; adjust to oiliness, texture, sweat and styling products.

Shampoo vs conditioner

Concentrate shampoo on the scalp. Conditioner is usually most useful through the lengths and ends, especially when hair is dry or longer.

Styling

Use the least product that achieves the look. If your hairline breaks out, test lighter or non-comedogenic styling products and keep residue off the forehead.

Get help when

There is sudden or patchy hair loss, scalp pain, heavy inflammation, wounds, or a persistent scalp problem that does not improve.

Dandruff shampoo technique

Anti-dandruff shampoo works on the scalp, not just the hair. Follow the product directions and give the active ingredient its recommended contact time before rinsing. Different actives can work differently, so one failed shampoo does not mean every option will fail.

Dryness vs dandruff

Flakes do not automatically mean a dry scalp. Dandruff can occur with an oily scalp too. If the scalp is itchy, red or repeatedly flaky, choose care for the scalp problem rather than adding heavy oils that may not address the cause.

Hair appearance basics

A consistent cut, clean scalp, controlled frizz and a small amount of styling product usually matter more visually than owning many products. Match styling to your natural texture and the amount of effort you will realistically repeat.

Small details that make the whole routine feel complete

This section brings together body care, oral care, shaving, nails and scent. Grooming is one part of care — not the name for everything.

  • Keep showering, clean clothes and odor control consistent.
  • Treat deodorant and fragrance as one scent setup: a strong deodorant should not fight your perfume.
  • Keep teeth, breath, nails, facial hair and shaving tools maintained.
  • Use fragrance as the finishing layer after hygiene, not as a replacement for it.

Build a hygiene baseline

A good care routine is mostly repeatable basics: shower according to sweat/activity, dry well, put on clean underwear/socks/shirts, keep towels and bedding reasonably fresh, and clean the areas that trap sweat. Fragrance works best on top of that baseline, not instead of it.

Deodorant vs antiperspirant

Deodorant mainly controls or masks odor; antiperspirant reduces sweating. If sweat is the main problem, choose an antiperspirant. Apply underarm products to clean, dry skin and stop or switch if fragrance/dyes repeatedly irritate you.

Make scent look intentional

If perfume is your main scent, pair it with a neutral, clean or lightly scented deodorant. Test fragrance on skin, start with a moderate amount, and judge it after it develops rather than from the first seconds. A scent that fits the setting usually works better than simply using more sprays.

Fresh clothes are part of care

Body odor can stay in shirts, socks and shoes even after you shower. Rotate and dry shoes, change sweaty clothes, and do not keep re-wearing garments that hold odor. This often improves freshness more than adding another scented product.

Oral care that actually matters

Brush for about two minutes twice daily with fluoride toothpaste and clean between the teeth daily. Clean the tongue gently if it collects coating. Mouthwash can be an extra, but it does not replace brushing and interdental cleaning.

Bad breath: check the basics first

Persistent breath problems can come from plaque, gum problems, dry mouth and other causes. Start with consistent brushing, interdental cleaning, tongue hygiene and hydration. If bad breath persists despite good care, a dental check is more useful than constantly masking it.

Shave with less irritation

Soften hair with water, use shaving cream or gel, and shave in the direction of hair growth if you are prone to razor bumps. Use light pressure and a sharp, clean blade. Do not repeatedly scrape irritated skin; moisturize afterward if your skin feels dry or tight.

Beard + facial-hair presentation

You do not need a specific beard style. Choose a length that suits your growth pattern, keep the neckline and obvious stray hairs controlled, and keep the skin underneath clean and comfortable. A tidy shape usually matters more than adding many beard products.

Hands, nails + tools

Keep fingernails and toenails clean and trimmed to a practical length. Clean razors, trimmers, nail tools and reusable grooming tools regularly, and do not share items that can nick skin. Small details make the whole routine feel more maintained.

Feet + shoes

Wash and dry feet well, especially between toes, change socks after heavy sweating and let footwear dry. If odor is mainly coming from shoes, covering your body with more fragrance will not solve the source.

Do not over-clean

More is not always cleaner. Very hot water, aggressive scrubbing and heavily fragranced products can irritate skin. If your skin repeatedly burns, itches or becomes very dry after care, simplify and choose gentler products.

A simple weekly reset

Once a week, check the boring things: fresh towel and pillowcase, trim nails if needed, clean trimmer/razor, wash frequently worn hats, rotate shoes, restock toothpaste/deodorant and clean your grooming area. It keeps the daily routine easy.

Shower + body care

Wash according to sweat, training and activity. Focus on areas that hold sweat and odor, dry properly, change into clean clothes and do not over-scrub skin just to feel “extra clean”. A simple body wash that your skin tolerates is enough for most people.

Deodorant + fragrance together

Deodorant mainly controls odor; antiperspirant reduces sweating. If you wear perfume, a neutral, clean or lightly scented deodorant is usually easier to pair than a very strong competing scent. Let the perfume be the main fragrance and use deodorant as the hygiene base.

Choosing a perfume

Think about season, situation and the style you want: fresh/clean, woody, sweet, spicy or deeper evening scents. Start with a moderate amount and judge it after it develops on skin. More sprays do not automatically smell better.

Oral care + breath

Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste and clean between teeth regularly. Tongue cleaning, hydration and addressing dry mouth can help breath. Persistent bad breath despite good care is worth discussing with a dentist.

Shaving + beard

Use clean, sharp tools and enough lubrication. Shave with the grain first if irritation or ingrown hairs are common. Beard grooming is mainly about clean edges, suitable length and keeping the skin underneath comfortable.

Nails + small details

Keep fingernails and toenails clean and trimmed, manage eyebrows without over-plucking, and keep frequently used grooming tools clean. These small details often make a bigger difference than adding another trendy product.

Body grooming

Body-hair removal is optional. Trim or shave only if you prefer it, use clean equipment and avoid repeatedly passing over irritated skin. Moisturize afterwards if your skin tends to become dry or tight.

Simple order

Clean body → dry well → deodorant/antiperspirant → clean clothes → oral/hair/facial grooming → fragrance last. This keeps scent from trying to cover a hygiene problem and makes the routine easy to repeat.

Zgradi osnovo higiene

Čista oblačila so del nege

Zobe približno dve minuti ščetkaj dvakrat dnevno s fluoridno zobno pasto in vsak dan očisti medzobne prostore.

Zadah: najprej preveri osnove

Preprost tedenski reset

Enkrat tedensko preveri dolgočasne, a pomembne stvari: sveža brisača in prevleka za vzglavnik, nohti, čiščenje trimerja/britvice, pogosto nošene kape, sušenje čevljev ter zaloga zobne paste in dezodoranta. Tako je dnevna rutina lažja.

Tuširanje + nega telesa

Tuširanje prilagodi potenju, treningu in aktivnosti.

Ustna nega + zadah

Zobe ščetkaj dvakrat dnevno s fluoridno zobno pasto in redno čisti medzobne prostore.

Britje + brada

Uporabljaj čiste in ostre pripomočke ter dovolj lubrikacije. Če imaš pogosto draženje ali vraščene dlake, najprej brij v smeri rasti. Pri bradi največ naredijo urejeni robovi, primerna dolžina in zdrava koža pod njo.

Nohti + majhne podrobnosti

Nohti na rokah in nogah naj bodo čisti in urejeni, obrvi vzdržuj brez pretiranega puljenja, pripomočke za nego pa redno čisti. Takšne majhne podrobnosti pogosto naredijo več kot še en trendovski izdelek.

Body grooming

Einfache Reihenfolge

Körper reinigen → gut trocknen → Deo/Antitranspirant → saubere Kleidung → Mund-/Gesichts-/Haarpflege → Parfum zuletzt.

OVERALL LOOK

Upgrade the whole presentation, not one feature.

The biggest visible changes usually come from several basic areas working together: haircut, skin, grooming, fitness, sleep and consistency.

✂️Hair + facial hair

Use a cut and beard/shave shape that work with your actual growth pattern and texture.

🏋️Body + movement

Training, body composition and how you carry yourself influence the overall silhouette more than isolated “face hacks”.

😴Sleep + recovery

Consistent sleep can affect energy, under-eye appearance, training quality and how put-together you feel.

High-return order

Start with haircut and facial hair, a simple skin routine, regular movement and sleep. Keep the routine manageable and adjust one thing at a time.

Eyebrows + small details

Remove obvious stray hairs rather than over-shaping. Keep nails, lips, shoes, glasses and accessories clean and intentional.

Track progress sanely

Use occasional photos in similar lighting and focus on habits you can control. Daily mirror checking exaggerates tiny changes and makes progress harder to judge.

Vrstni red z največ učinka

Začni s frizuro in brado, preprosto nego kože, rednim gibanjem in spanjem. Rutina naj bo izvedljiva; prilagajaj eno stvar naenkrat.

Obrvi + majhne podrobnosti

Odstrani predvsem očitne odvečne dlake, ne pretiravaj z oblikovanjem. Nohti, ustnice, čevlji, očala in dodatki naj bodo čisti in urejeni.

Napredek spremljaj normalno

Skin or scalp problems that are painful, scarring, rapidly worsening, causing hair loss, or not improving with sensible over-the-counter care are worth discussing with a dermatologist.
